Flamingo thick rubber base. Its rubber base but thicker it has has been formulated to use with flamingo gel or any other QD Gelina gels. It lasts weeks, it is a Great product! Apply as you would any rubber base and cure in led or Uv lamp and unlike the flamingo multigels it is soak off.
