Orders that are placed (and paid) before 12am will be processed and couriered the same day (not on weekends).
Orders placed after 12am will be processed and couriered the next work day.
NB any orders placed that have not reflected payment will not be processed until payment has reflected
Central city hubs will receive products faster than regional areas (please take this into account when placing orders).
Orders over and above R2000 including V.A.T will have free delivery withing South Africa (Terms and conditions apply)
Orders under the value of R2000 (including V.A.T) will have a delivery fee of R100 in central areas. Regional areas will have a delivery fee of R200. The courier does not accept cash and the drivers only operate from Monday to Friday. Delivery fees may be subject to change without notice.
Any damaged or missing items need to be reported with us within 24 hours of receiving the order. After this time orders cannot be fixed.
All re-deliveries of a product will have a further R95-125 delivery fee.
No money will be refunded to your account- rather you will be credited with the amount that you spent and it can be used on your next order.
Orders placed via the phone or email need to be made through EFT and need to reflect on our side before the order will be processed.
EFT or credit/debit cards are accepted.
