Detailed description

Gorgeous matte top coat. Designed for gels, gel polish and acrylic. No chips no nicks. Cures under UV or LED. This is not a rubber top, as is Cashmere. It is less flexible but is both stronger and less thick in the bottle. Ideal for all types of matte effect nails.

STEPS FOR APPLICATION OF VELVET MATTE TOP COAT ON NATURAL NAILS:

1. Prep – allow to dry
2. Primer – allow to dry
3. Base coat-cure
4. Colour gel polish – cure
5. Velvet matte – cure

STEPS FOR APPLICATION ON EXTENSIONS:

1. Colour gel polish – cure
2. Velvet rubber matte – cure
